Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

(1) Answer customer product inquiries daily, resolve customer questions, promote products, and conduct regular follow-up visits;

(2) Help customers with product selection, sign purchase and sales contracts with customers, and teach customers how to use the instruments;

(3) Collect information on new customers and communicate with them to develop new customers; understand customer needs through effective phone communication, identify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets;

(4) Maintain business with existing customers and tap their maximum potential;

(5) Maintain the online platforms and websites assigned by the company, and make the most of company-assigned resources to expand the customer base;

(6) Attend instrument exhibitions, receive domestic customers, obtain customer contact information, and negotiate long-term cooperation;

(7) Collect customer needs, understand market trends, and discuss them at weekly and group meetings;

(8) Actively develop new customers and gradually build your own dealer network;

(9) Travel for business, adapting to trips in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, visiting dealers and training customers;

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

(1) Aged 20-35, clear articulation, fluent Mandarin with an engaging voice;

(2) Strong enthusiasm for sales work, ability to quickly understand instruments, and good comprehension;

(3) Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills;

(4) Resilient personality, quick thinking, good adaptability and ability to work under pressure;

(5) Keen market insight, strong ambition, sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude; candidates with relevant telemarketing experience preferred;

(6) Honest, trustworthy, dedicated and professional; follow work arrangements, adapt to working under pressure, and cooperate well with the team;
