The award of this high-tech product certificate fully recognizes the scientific research and innovation capabilities of Jiangsu Victor Instrument Meter Co., Ltd. What Is a High-Tech Product Certification Certificate

High-tech products are brand-new products that fall within the national and provincial high-tech priority scopes, technical fields, and product reference catalogs; or new-generation products produced for the first time in the province; or improved products produced for the first time in China; or innovative products. They feature high technical content, good economic benefits (a profit-tax rate above 20%), and broad market prospects. High-tech products have high technical content, especially in core technologies, which are vital to enterprise development and profits. High-tech industries require large upfront R&D investment and long development cycles, and are difficult to promote. Once successfully developed, new products generate above-average economic and social benefits and are unlikely to be replaced or surpassed in the short term.

High-tech products fall into the following categories: Category 1: computer and communication technology, electronic technology; Category 2: life science and technology; Category 3: computer-integrated manufacturing technology; Category 4: aerospace technology; Category 5: optoelectronic technology; Category 6: biotechnology; Category 7: materials technology; and other technologies.

High-Tech Product Certification Certificate — Any enterprise registered within China with independent legal person status that produces products within the scope specified in the following documents may apply.

1. High-tech products should fall within the fields specified in the "High-Tech Fields with Key National Support."

2. The declared product should be a new product certified by a nationally authorized body or tested and recognized by the market.

3. The product should have clear intellectual property rights, mature technology, and great market potential, with good economic, social, and environmental benefits that meet the requirements of sustainable development.

4. The product and its production process should comply with national industrial policies and safety and environmental protection requirements.
