Victor Halogen Moisture Analyzer Software V1.0 Evaluated as a Software Product

Recently, following evaluation by the Jiangsu Software Industry Association, Victor Halogen Moisture Analyzer Software V1.0 was found to comply with the relevant provisions of the Policies to Further Encourage the Software and Integrated Circuit Industries and the Software Product Evaluation Standard (T/SIA 330 2017), and was evaluated as a software product.

What Is a Software Product

Since the issuance of the "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing Several Policies to Encourage the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry" (Guo Fa [2000] No. 18, hereinafter referred to as Document Guo Fa No. 18), China's software industry and integrated circuit industry have developed rapidly, with industrial scale expanding quickly and technological levels significantly improved, strongly advancing national informatization. However, compared with international advanced levels, China's software and integrated circuit industries still face problems such as a relatively weak development foundation, insufficient capacity for technological innovation and self-development, application development levels in urgent need of improvement, and an industrial chain yet to be perfected. To further optimize the development environment of the software and integrated circuit industries, improve the quality and level of industrial development, and cultivate a group of strong and influential industry-leading enterprises, the following policies are formulated.

In the T/SIA003-2017 standard:

6.1.1 Software product evaluation is voluntary.

6.1.2 Domestic software products should be submitted for evaluation by the developer and manufacturer of the software product, with the following materials submitted:

d) A copy of the testing certification issued by a software testing institution;
