The VicoMeter WKT-SR10 fully automatic water-soluble acid tester is designed and developed in full accordance with the GB/T7598-2008 standard — the first of its kind in China. It is a fully automatic testing instrument that can accurately detect water-soluble acids in petroleum products such as transformer oil, turbine oil, and fire-resistant oil, featuring high automation, a compact structure, and responsive operation. This instrument is suitable for measuring water-soluble acids in liquid petroleum products, additives, greases, paraffin wax, and wax-containing components, and is widely used in petroleum, electric power, chemical, pharmaceutical, commodity inspection, scientific research, environmental protection, and other fields.
1. The fully automatic water-soluble acid value tester is designed and developed in full accordance with the GB/T7598-2008 standard — a fully automatic testing instrument that can accurately detect water-soluble acids in petroleum products such as transformer oil, turbine oil, and fire-resistant oil.
2. The pH value is determined by the colorimetric method.
3. The instrument is highly automated. Simply inject the oil and water as specified by the standard, and the instrument automatically completes heating, shaking, standing, oil-water separation, color development, colorimetry, display, and printing of the measurement results.
The WKT-SR10 fully automatic water-soluble acid tester has the following features:
Chinese LCD display, microprocessor control, and dynamic graphic simulation of working status;
It can process and sequentially complete the testing of 1-3 or 1-6 samples at a time, greatly improving the work efficiency of test personnel;
Extra-large color touch LCD screen with full-touch operation for an excellent user experience;
Adopts an imported color sensor and determines pH by the colorimetric method, delivering accurate and reliable measurement results;
The instrument is highly automated. Simply inject the oil and water as specified by the standard, and the instrument automatically completes heating, shaking, standing, oil-water separation, color development, colorimetry, display, and printing of measurement results, making the work of test personnel easier.
