The instrument adopts a high-tech, non-contact, non-destructive monitoring technology — near-infrared spectroscopy. NIR light has strong penetrating power; when testing samples, no pretreatment is required, and it can penetrate glass and plastic to achieve non-destructive testing of target materials. The WKT-R-150AL testing process requires no chemical reagents; compared with conventional analytical methods, it causes no environmental pollution and saves substantial reagent costs. NIR spectroscopy is fast, completing a test within seconds. The WKT-R-150AL has been calibrated with AI large-model moisture curves before leaving the factory; users only need to perform offset and slope calibration, which is fast and simple. The instrument features automatic temperature compensation and is largely unaffected by ambient temperature changes; the probe requires no light shield and is unaffected by ambient light changes. The DC brushless motor, with a speed of up to 6,000-8,000 rpm, effectively improves testing speed and enhances overall anti-interference capability. The embedded micro digital signal processing chip runs stably with precise computation and high processing efficiency. The aviation plug offers quick, easy wiring with good anti-interference performance, anti-static protection and stability.
