The VicoMeter WKT-C9 fully automatic Karl Fischer moisture analyzer uses the volumetric Karl Fischer principle to rapidly determine moisture down to 10 ppm, measuring solids, liquids, and powders within 30 seconds. Its built-in RS232 port connects printers, balances, computers, and other peripherals, and it stores 200 data sets with real-time query. A further upgrade of the Victor smart-series moisture analyzer, the C9 delivers a higher level of automation and precision. The State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion at Huazhong University of Science and Technology was founded in 1986 and passed national acceptance in June 1991 as a national open laboratory. Dedicated to research and development of coal combustion and pollution prevention theories and technologies, it has carried out distinctive frontier research with innovative results. In March 2019, it was rated a "good" laboratory in the engineering field in the Ministry of Science and Technology's 2018 assessment of state key laboratories.
