VicoMeter at the Customer Site

Henan Keyuan bought the VicoMeter KF analyzer for oil moisture. Since oil absorbs water readily, fill the sampling bottle completely to prevent moisture absorption from the headspace from affecting results.

On arrival, the engineer checked the accessories list with the customer, then assembled the instrument, explaining maintenance precautions along the way.

After assembly, the engineer verified with 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.5 µl of pure water — 102.1, 192.1, 288.8, and 472.9 µg, all in range — then tested customer samples 3 times (18.6, 19.2, 18.8 PPM); the customer, guided, also ran 3 tests (18.2, 17.9, 18.9 PPM) — stable and repeatable.
