The customer purchased the VicoMeter VM-01NS halogen moisture analyzer. Built on a high-precision electronic analytical balance, the VicoMeter VM-01NS series halogen moisture analyzer is equipped with a high-precision load cell and a high-efficiency halogen lamp heating unit to achieve fast and accurate sample moisture measurement. The instrument uses a high-efficiency drying heater — a high-quality ring-shaped halogen lamp — to heat samples quickly and uniformly, making the entire measurement process fast, automatic, and simple. Data can be output to printers, computers, PLCs, and more via the RS232 serial port. It can rapidly determine moisture in solids, liquids, and powders within minutes (for most samples). Easy to operate, with multiple integrated heating modes, its working modes meet diverse testing needs and it is widely used across related industries.

VicoMeter at the Customer Site

The customer required 3Q qualification and therefore needed a VicoMeter technical engineer on site to assist; as a pharmaceutical company, the customer has strict requirements in this regard. Upon arrival, the engineer first confirmed with the customer whether the installation environment met the instrument's installation standards and checked that there was no strong magnetic or electrical interference nearby, then installed the instrument. After completing and confirming the installation, the engineer verified the instrument's operation with pure water and then confirmed its performance with sodium tartrate and sodium chloride. The instrument met all requirements, and the customer was very satisfied with both the VicoMeter instrument and service.
