The customer purchased our latest coulometric Karl Fischer moisture analyzer, the WKT-A9. The WKT-A9 Karl Fischer titrator is a coulometric Karl Fischer moisture titrator independently designed and developed by our company with proprietary intellectual property rights—a Karl Fischer moisture analyzer aimed at mid-to-high-end applications.

VicoMeter at the Customer Site

The customer had previously used a Mettler volumetric moisture analyzer, but after long service the instrument could no longer keep up with the company's development, some parts were aging and needed replacement, and the software needed updating. This time the customer wanted to switch to a domestic instrument. Since the accuracy and functionality of our WKT-A9 Karl Fischer titrator are comparable to their current Mettler moisture analyzer, the customer decided after consideration to purchase our instrument.

After the instrument arrived on site, our technical engineer visited to provide installation and guidance. Upon arrival, the engineer first unpacked the instrument together with the customer and checked the packing list—all accessories were complete with no errors. The engineer then installed the instrument while explaining testing, maintenance and care precautions. Afterwards, four tests were run on the customer's samples: the engineer performed two and the customer performed the other two. The results were stable with good repeatability.
