VicoMeter at the Customer Site

Having used similar instruments before, the customer already understood the principle. On arrival, the VicoMeter engineer helped find a suitable installation spot and demonstrated the installation and actual operation, checking the accessories together during setup. After installation the engineer verified the instrument with pure water: with 0.1 μL of pure water, the engineer's and the customer's results were 98.9 μg and 103.2 μg respectively; with 0.5 μL, the results were 491.7 μg and 488.7 μg. The customer was fully satisfied.
